         My Mission Statement is "Holistic Healing through Nutrition."

  Hello my name is Steve Nicander creator and founder of Healthful Hope, which I plan on turning into a Nutrition and Lifestyle non-profit organization. I have become a Health Activist, Safe Foods Advocate and Inspirational Speaker whose aim is to help individuals with chronic disease problems identify poor lifestyle and nutrition choices. Helping correct these while also educating them on how true and sound nutrition can help to eliminate and cure chronic illness and disease. Weight and related issues being one of our main focuses and specialties, I motivate, speak and inspire people to take back control in their lives and redirect them to maximize and optimize their health and well-being. I encourage them to believe in themselves because ultimately it all begins and ends with the Brain (our control center), although in order to have complete balance or homeostasis, we must create an equilibrium in all three main phases ... Mind, Body and Spirit.
      
      You see I have practiced these methods upon myself helping me to lose a massive amount of weight and eradicate chronic disease in the process by eliminating poor lifestyle choices, removing unwanted chemicals and medications that were doing more harm than good and creating a new nutritional and fitness life plan that has completely transformed and drastically improved my life and outlook towards the world. I have
overcome severe depression and addiction issues, as well as focusing on natural supplementations instead of using dangerous pharmaceuticals and quite frankly the amazing results tend to speak for themselves! This can be done by any individual regardless of ailment, condition or complication if they are willing to make a commitment to us and themselves to address all three phases of wholeness and well-being. We as a Nation are faced with a daunting situation in collective ill health and an Obesity epidemic that threatens to strain our present healthcare system and possibly cause it to collapse with future costs beginning to skyrocket !!
